Delete your account
Last updated: 17 September 2026
Sitestack is used by construction companies to manage their projects, so most accounts are set up by a company (the "Customer") for their own staff, subcontractors, and clients. How to delete your account depends on which of those you are.
If you were added to Sitestack by a company you work with
Ask that company's Sitestack admin to remove you. Removing you deletes your account and personal information (name, email, role) immediately, along with anything only you could see. Project content you created while part of their team, such as photos, documents, and site diary entries, stays with the company as their business record, the same way it would if a paper site diary was handed back after you left a job.
If you'd rather not go through that company, or can't reach them, email us directly at support@sitestack.build from the address on your account and we'll process your deletion request within 30 days.
If you're a Customer (your company's own Sitestack subscription)
Email support@sitestack.build from an admin account to request deletion of your organization's account and all associated data. We'll confirm what's being deleted and complete it within 30 days, except where we're required to keep billing records for longer under UK tax law.
What gets deleted
- Your name, email address, and account profile
- Your login credentials
- Push notification tokens and device information tied to your account
See our Privacy Policy for the full detail on what we collect and why, including what a Customer keeps as their business record after a User is removed.
